Privacy Policy โ€” Baseball

Last updated 13 September 2026

Baseball is developed and published by Citiview Group (Citiview Studios). This policy explains what the application collects, how it is used, whether it is shared, and how long it is kept.

What we collect

Citiview Group collects no personal data through Baseball. The application has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or telemetry SDK, no advertising identifiers, and no crash-reporting service. It does not read your name, your Meta account, your contacts, your location, your microphone, your cameras, or your files. It makes no network requests of its own.

What is stored on your device

The application saves a small set of your own preferences and scores locally on the headset so the game opens the way you left it: the place you last played, the music track, music volume and on/off setting you chose, the pitch speed, and your best hit distance for each place. These are written with Unity's standard local preference storage, never leave the headset, and are not readable by Citiview Group.

How information is used

The locally stored preferences are used for one purpose only: to restore your settings and your best distances the next time you play. No information is used for profiling, advertising, or any form of automated decision making.

Sharing

Citiview Group does not share, sell, rent, transfer or disclose any user information to any third party, because none is collected. There are no third-party SDKs, ad networks or data processors in the application.

Retention

Because nothing is collected or transmitted, Citiview Group retains no user data of any kind and has no records to delete. The preferences stored on your device remain there until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, at which point they are removed with the application.

Children

Baseball is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from any user regardless of age.

Your rights

As Citiview Group holds no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase on our side. Data stored locally on your headset is under your control and is removed by uninstalling the application.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated date above.
